Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the original, unworn items with all designer tags attached back into the original shipping box or a similar secure mailer.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
